Today my dad made paua patties and fried bread.

I like how you described the the fried bread, now I have an idea of what it tastes like. You might like a book we have in our library called 'Cooking with Charles Royal.' There's a recipe in there for Taro and Kūmara Fritters. Elizabeth K

DeleteHI Miriam. I have never had a paua pattie but I have tried paua in a cream sauce. I went snorkelling and found the paua myself. They tasted a bit like a chewy mushrooms to me. I bet you had fun cooking with your dad. Are you going to cook something else together?
