Every morning my family and I go for a run, we run down to the forest and back, it takes us about 20 minutes.
We get ready at 7:45am and leave at 8:00am, Jaxon bikes and the rest of us run. We bring Charlie with us so he can get some exercise as well.
At 3:00pm Mum, Amiria and I do netball practice, it takes about 15-20 minutes
