Every morning my family and I go for a run, we run down to the forest and back, it takes us about 20 minutes.
We get ready at 7:45am and leave at 8:00am, Jaxon bikes and the rest of us run. We bring Charlie with us so he can get some exercise as well.
At 3:00pm Mum, Amiria and I do netball practice, it takes about 15-20 minutes

Hi Miriam, it was good to see you the other day. I'm super impressed with your enthusiasm, looks like you're making the most of being with your family. I'm glad you let Jaxon bike or he might run out of puff. Hope your all well :)
ReplyDeleteThanks,it was good seeing you as well and we're doing well :)
DeleteKia ora Miriam. I enjoyed reading about the ways you are making your taha tinana strong during the lockdown. Are you getting faster each day you run? I wonder if you could tell us what you are doing to strengthen your taha whanau during the lockdown?
ReplyDeleteYes I do get a bit faster, I'll do another blog about strengthening my taha whanau.
DeleteKia ora Miriam, what a great idea, I can't wait to read it.
